Terms
Revisions: one request is one specific change — swap an image, change a headline, move a section. Layout or new-section requests are out of scope, billed at $75/hour. Deadlines: content due within 3 business days of purchase; feedback due within 7 business days of draft delivery; 14 days unresponsive closes the project, deposit forfeited. Payment: 50% deposit at purchase, 50% before publish. Invoiced through Zoho Billing, processed via Zoho Payments.

Terms
Revisions: one round is one consolidated round of feedback on the presented concept or draft. After 2 initial identity concepts, a direction is selected; further exploration outside it is a new concept, billed separately. Deadlines: client input due within 10 business days of kickoff or each milestone; feedback due within 5 business days of each deliverable; 21 days unresponsive closes the project, deposit forfeited. Payment: 40% at kickoff, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch. Invoiced through Zoho Billing, processed via Zoho Payments. Files and brand assets transfer after final payment.
