Two ways to work with Sinister Concept Studio. Express is fixed-scope, fast-turnaround web builds from an existing template, priced for volume. Premier is bespoke brand and site work, strategy included, built from scratch. If you need a real site fast, start with Express. If you need a full brand system built around you, start with Premier.
Express Web Builds

Terms
Revisions: One request is one specific change. Swap an image, change a headline, move a section. Layout or new-section requests fall outside scope, billed at $75/hour. Deadlines: Content is due within 3 business days of purchase. Feedback is due within 7 business days of draft delivery. Go unresponsive for 14 days and the project closes, deposit forfeited. Payment: 50% deposit at purchase, 50% before publish. Invoiced through Zoho Billing, processed via Zoho Payments.

Terms
Revisions: One round is one consolidated round of feedback on the presented concept or draft. After 2 initial identity concepts, you select a direction. Further exploration outside it counts as a new concept, billed separately. Deadlines: Client input is due within 10 business days of kickoff or each milestone. Feedback is due within 5 business days of each deliverable. Go unresponsive for 21 days and the project closes, deposit forfeited. Payment: 40% at kickoff, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch. Invoiced through Zoho Billing, processed via Zoho Payments. Files and brand assets transfer after final payment.
