§ 01 — What We Do

Full production or targeted consultation. You decide the scope.

We work with event producers at every stage and every scale. Some clients need us end-to-end. Some need a second set of experienced eyes on a specific problem. Both are valid. All engagements are scoped flat and quoted before any work begins.

Most independent event producers run into the same problems: a floor layout that kills foot traffic, a vendor mix that doesn't work together, a budget with no contingency, signage that arrived wrong on load-in day. We have been in every one of those rooms.

Deep experience in B2B corporate event production and independent maker markets means we have built events at every budget level, managed vendor floors of every size, and solved every problem that comes with producing something from nothing.

We are not a booking agency. We are a production and consultation company. We build the experience, manage the logistics, and make sure the people in the room, vendors and attendees alike, leave with something worth coming back for.

Pricing. All engagements are flat-fee, scoped to your event size and complexity. No hourly billing, no surprise line items. Rate card available on request.

§ 03 — The Flagship

WitchcraftCon 2027. Our own proof of concept.

We don't just consult on events. We produce them. WitchcraftCon is Portland's first curated pagan and esoteric festival, produced end-to-end by Sinister Concept. Every service we offer a client we have built ourselves, on deadline, with real stakes.

WitchcraftCon — Portland, Oregon, April 30 to May 2, 2027

Three days built for people who take this seriously.

WitchcraftCon is a full festival experience. Curated vendors, day and night programming, film, ritual, folklore, music, and the esoteric arts across three venues over three days. Every element of the event is designed with the same intention: to create a space where practitioners, makers, and the genuinely curious feel at home rather than like an afterthought. Portland has never seen anything like it.
